Inappropriate?Intrade will pay interest on a quarterly basis if you maintain a cash balance of at least $20,000.00 for the entire quarter. Interest will not be paid for account balances that do not meet this condition.
The interest rate used will be that published on the last business day of the quarter by the Wall Street Journal. The bank rate for interest accruing checking accounts will typically be used for interest calculations.
Interest will be calculated on a quarterly basis and applied to your account within 190 days following the end of the quarter. Quarters are defined as calendar quarters - January to March, April to June, July to September and October to December.
