Inappropriate?Unfortunately most US banks will refuse to authorise any deposits by credit card. This is due to the policy of the bank in question and is not the decision or the policy of the Exchange. Many banks now refuse to authorise transactions with certain classes of merchants and is not specific to this Exchange. Many non-US banks have also adopted this policy.
If you attempt a credit card deposit and receive a message indicating your bank is refusing to authorise the transaction then all we can do to help is recommend a different method of depositing funds . Unfortunately we have no way of accepting credit card deposits if your bank is not willing to allow the transactions -
