I'll be happy to try to help you. By Intuit Web Connector, do you mean Web Connect to download online banking transactions? I'll send this along to the Point of Sale Group in any case and see who might be able to help.

Thanks for responding to me. No, its called Web Connector. It’s downloaded from Network Solutions e-commerce site under Quickbooks and it is a go-between from POS to e-commerce. It’s an Intuit product. What I can figure out (and I’m no programmer or computer wiz) POS allows access to/from a web-based application. It is supposed to grab all your product data and upload it to your e-commerce site. Also, it exchanges sales, order status, updates inventory, etc between the applications – so there is no double entry and basically has integration between POS and your e-commerce store.
I have downloaded the latest version of Web Connector. Once done, you select the application you want it to connect to (i.e. POS) and where its located, and presto, its supposed to connect. Obviously, mine has not.
Have talked to numerous people at POS and gotten nowhere, but please pass along if you think there is someone who might know something. I’m also trying to contact the IDN (Intuit Developer Network) where I have seen some comments on this problem, but there is NO technical support number for them.
Please let me know what you find out. I bought POS because it presented all the things I needed to do, including integration with an E-commerce site. If I cannot get the integration to work, then I’m dumping POS. the tech support has been horrendous.
