How do I switch credit cards for automated billing of services?
We have a subscription to Quickbooks Back-up for our company's Quickbooks account. We have a "new" credit card that we would like to set up as the billing credit card. Over a year ago I logged into my online Quickbooks account and changed the billing information to the new credit card. My old credit card continued to get billed.
I have called Quickbooks customer service several times - using the one year paid customer service package where you're supposed to have instant 24/7 access to CS reps. They had a VERY difficult timing understanding what I thought was a simple request - please change the credit card you bill. It's been over a year since I tried to deal with this and my old credit card is still getting billed. Basically, I gave up in frustration. How can I get the credit card that is billed for our back-up subscription changed once and for all?

I find this thread humorous in that by getting the Intuit employees to use Get Satisfaction, that now the Get Satisfaction employees are reaping the benefits :) -
You know it. And I am VERY grateful. This has been bothering me in the background for ages!! Thanks much, Thomas, for your hand in getting Kirasw on board. :) -
And Thomas has reeled me in as well! I'm glad to hear that you guys are using Quickbooks. I know it's got its faults (I've worked in our call centers), but I can say with complete sincerity that we, as a company, are deeply committed to improving the customer experience. -
That's great to hear, Tad. Thank you! And we're thrilled to have you guys on Get Satisfaction. -
Thomas, thanks again for encouraging Intuit employees to get involved. We <3 our user evangelists. -

Inappropriate?Hi Amy,
One of our top customer service reps, Crystal, is calling you right now to resolve this. Sorry again for the problems. Kira -
Inappropriate?Wow, thanks so much, Kirasw! I really appreciate it. FYI, the number on file might be my co-founder, Thor's, number. If Crystal doesn't get through to me she can email me at amy [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com to get my direct number.
I’m thrilled with the turnaround in this situation
-
LOL, you call your husband your co-founder -
Well, in this capacity he *is*. :) -
Inappropriate?Great - I sent Crystal a note with your email!

Thank you! -
Inappropriate? Thanks for your help with this, Kira. I spoke with Crystal this morning and my issue has been resolved! You have no idea what a relief this is. The issue was this little bug nagging at me in the background for months and months.
I’m happily satisfied
