Assistance with confirming iphonemiles login information

I need assistance with my iphonemiles account, I have a rough idea what my ID is and I need my password reset. I can't find my welcome email from last year and I haven't used my account for a while so I don't remember them. I just emailed rbrigleb from another post, but I'm kind of in a pinch since I need to get in to finish my taxes. I apologize, I know I shouldn't have waited until the last minute, but I appreciate your grace, understanding, and any assistance you can provide.
