Dual monitors with different partition sizes not working
I have a 13" MBP and a 24" Cinema display. I left the partition defaults on the MBP (4 equal quadrants) and adjusted the partions on the Cinema to 40% vertical and 60% horizontal. I also have the menubar on the Cinema, when it is connected.
When I try to move windows into the different quadrants on the MBP, it appears that it is using the same partition definition from the Cinema. Instead of having the 4 equal quadrants on the MBP, I am getting the same, slightly offset, quadrants I setup for the Cinema.

I'm sorry for the confusion, but take a close look at that settings window again. The two different partition editors represent the settings for Split Screen and Quarter Screen partitions, not for two different monitors.
I understand the confusion, and I hope to offer per-monitor settings in the future.

Inappropriate?Yeah, after I posted it, I realized I was reading the partition options wrong. I thought the 2 screens were the same as my dual monitor setup. Guess not. Oh well, I will go back to the normal setup for both monitors. It is still a great piece of software! I love the simplicity of it all. Keep up the great work!

Inappropriate?+1 for this feature.

Inappropriate?i came to this site specifically to ask for this feature. +1 :-)
and thanks for the great software!
i would buy the software again just for the ability to set margins and partitions differently for each screen.
it could even be nice to have different margin/partition settings for each "Space"
I’m happy, thankful

That's the plan. Per-monitor, Per-Space, Per-Application settings in the future. Stay tuned.
