All active links in publication are not working
I have embedded active links in my document and not all of them are working. For instance on one page I have 4 email addresses that I made active in InDesign and in my PDF all work fine, Once I uploaded to ISSUU only 2 of those links worked on that page - why is this happening? The majority of my links work in my pub but I do have this same issue sporadically throughout the pub.

Inappropriate?Hi Stephanie.
I deleted the comment as it contained your password (this forum is public). Please change your password asap here: http://issuu.com/user/settings
What I'm after is a link to your document. Open it in your browser and copy/paste the link here - or in an email if your document is uploaded as private: feedback at issuu . com.
I’m confident

Did you get the links I sent in my email this morning? -
Inappropriate?I'm having the same problem. One of the links on the front page of a paper we layout does not work when uploaded to issuu. Here is a link. It is the bottom banner ad. All other links work perfectly! [Link]

All of the links in the document that I prepared were placed using Acrobat Pro - and they all work in the pdf file. However, they do not all work in the file once uploaded into Issuu. Help! -
I finally figured out the problem on my own. The problem is with how you export your PDFS - if exporting out of InDesign as I am, you have to make sure the "Export all links" is checked in the bottom of the PDF of dialog box - if it's not ISSUU will attempt to make the links for you and as a result misses some. If you are not exporting out of ID, then you will have to make sure that you make all of your links active in your PDF with the PDF link tool before uploading to ISSUU. Hope this helps -

Inappropriate? Thanks Stephanie...just realized I was using the button tool in Acrobat and not the links tool. Works now!
Thanks,
