Yes, there's a download button in the Smart Look view and users can also download the files by right-clicking and selecting 'Save as'.

it would be better if there were a download button. I am afraid our user won't figure it out if there is not a download button.

Inappropriate?Thanks for suggesting a download button. I agree it should be an option for customizing the Smart Look code. We'll try to fit it in there if possible in a later iteration.
Just a sidenote: Downloading Smart Look files on a Mac is the same as with Windows: Right-click the link and select 'Save link as'.

Inappropriate?The 'right click' method is clear...but where is the 'download' button within smartlook view? I'm looking at docs on your sample smartlook site and they don't have one, as far as I can tell. I'm viewing on a mac, within Safari and Firefox and seeing everything but...

There's a link to a Word Document. It would be awesome to use smartlook, but also allow people to download (with an easy 'download' button). It looks like, from this thread, that it used to be there.

Ah, now I get it. Word triggers our Paper viewer and I'm afraid it doesn't have a download button at present. We will be upgrading this viewer soon and of course it should have a download button then.
