When you've copied the code to your webpages, you're all set. When someone click a document link the first time, they will download it as normal. But we import a copy to your Issuu account.
Once the document file is imported, it'll need to be converted before it's available on your site. It usually takes less than 10 minutes, but please be patient if on a rare occasion it takes longer.

You should check your My Library to see if the Smart Look docs are converting. If they aren't either a) you haven't downloaded them from your site (this will import your docs to Issuu) or b) you haven't installed the code properly.

We had a short downtime to update the site, it's up and humming again.
