I can only generate a code on domaintoplevel. How can I embed SmartLook on my MobileMe Webpage which looks like: web.me.com/username ?

Currently we cannot support this. But we'd be happy to work with MobileMe to implement Smart Look. I suggest you start nudging them right away :)
