Smartlook sees some documents, but not others, why?

I think Issuu is great and started using it for my company's web site last week. I placed the proper smartlook code on all pages of the site, and did the initial download of a lot of the documents residing on my site. However only a small number of them open in a smartlook window and the rest just open as pdfs the way they did before.
I had added some of these documents manually to my library before deciding to "smartlook" the entire site. Most of these were higher-rez than the ones residing on the site. Is this causing a conflict. Particularly on this page (pdisat.com/products.php) nothing is opening via smartlook. Tested on both Macs and PC, and it has been several days since this was done. What's the issue with issuu?
