Smartlook viewer opens off the visible area
We are using the smartlook functionality on our site and we are very excited about it. but there is a problem. the page we're using it on is very long and if you are near to the bottom internet explorer opens the viewer on top of the page off the visible area.
is there a known bug about this?

I've heard about this before, but it's not a bug. Probably you're using Smart Look together with an unsupported library, or the code is placed incorrectly. Please search the forum. If you don't find any answers you may post a link here for us to see it.

Inappropriate?I can post you a link but I've implemented a simple workaround. I just added an window.scroll(0,0) to the onclick event so the user can see the overlay. http://www.laser2000.de/index.php?id=17
