Normally conversion is done within a few minutes. But due to a successful release a few days ago, we've had a crazy load on conversion resulting in a conversion queue.
We've now added more machines and the queue should be gone. So, I'm really sorry for your trouble and thanks for sharing your concern.

Inappropriate?As I stated in another post. A chart with approximate times/ document conversion & a way to cancel conversion after upload would be a great addition.
Normally, the wait would be ok with me if I knew what to expect. Today, I am on deadline and depending on issuu- so I am quite disspointed.

Inappropriate?Hi all. I'm really sorry that some of you have to wait for conversion longer than you want to, but rest assured that we're dedicated to providing the most speedy conversion possible.
The conversion queue is just the line in the super market: Sometimes it's short, and sometimes it's a bit longer. We are of course always working on optimizing the flow as much as we can.
Tip: If you upload just a single document, there's a chance that it'll convert faster compared to bulk upload.

Inappropriate?The orginial question was posted 4 months ago. Obviously the problem is STILL not fixed. Taking HOURS to do a two page document that's a total of 136k in size. This is almost unworkable. I've had this problem for three solid days at least. There never seems to be a time when the queue is small enough that a document is converted in less than several hours.

Hi AnneR. Sorry you had this experience. The queue varies a great deal and is of course highly dependent on what time zone you're in. We're still - always - working on optimizing this, and it'll get there eventually. I'm really sorry, but you'll just have to be patient... We're a small team with a lot to do. -
Inappropriate?My documents are also stuck in a queue. The last post was a month ago... is there any way I can stop a document from converting?
