Using Smart Look in an iframe: size not correct
I would like to use Smart Look in an iframe, but the problem is that the overlay is displayed only in the size of the iframe. How can I make it display full size?

Inappropriate?Hi,
The size is correct; namely the size of the iframe.
Iframe technology allows you to embed webpages within webpages fully self-contained as if the page ran i an small browser.
The smartlook code does not and cannot know it runs inside an iframe (that's the point of an iframe) and thus when asking for the width/height the browser returns the iframes dimensions.
For security the browser strictly enforces the iframe to behave this way.
Short version: The behavior your seeing is to be expected and cannot be in any other way using iframe technology.
I suspect you're trying to use smartlook for a somekind of widget/gadget technology? Can you let me know what you're trying to achieve?
Cheers

Inappropriate?Question to company: Would it not be possible for a click in the iframe to cause an action in the parent or top-most frame if there is appropriate code in both the parent and the iframe, and as long as they are both on the same domain. Maybe that's too restrictive, but it ought to work.
This issue has caused me some difficulty as I used a database to fill an iframe with selected thumbnails and links to documents. I've now rewritten the page to avoid the use of the iframe, but that has limited the functionality.
