Why doesn't the Smart Look window open?

Hi, I'm asking about not open the smart look window even though smart look tag placed into the right position. and when clicking the link, then show the my issuu site? What's wrong? my testing site is http://www.wako.ed.jp/video/issuu_tes.... Pls help me, thanks.
