I have been trying to pay my bill online as they say I can on the bill.
It returns with cryptic mainframe like error codes.
I have emailed their customer service a week ago with no reply.

Inappropriate?It turns out their site is not Safari compatible. It does work in Firefox though. The error message they give is out not particularly helpful though.

Inappropriate?Well, I am a big Safari user, and I get that problem a lot, too. Hopefully, they will put more effort into that aspect of their Web site in the future. It's always best to make it easy for customers to pay online! I'm almost completely paperless now, and it definitely makes a difference in who I do business with.

Inappropriate?They just responded with "have a nice day " to my report on the Safari issue.
This is very important for me as well. I hate checks, dial up etc. If they had written their site correctly they would not have this problem.
