Why do you keep saying write down and label everything?

After running CAT5, plugging in all the devices, and plugging in all the other cables, you will end up with a mass of over and under lapping cables. If you ever need to troubleshoot a connection, you don't want to spend to bulk of the day hunting for one cable. That is why you want to label everything.
