Tagged, limited calendar and RSS feeds Last reply on February 14, 2008 19:56.
I think it'd be fantastic if you could request calendar and RSS feeds only for items with a specific tag.
For example, I could tag to-dos, notes, and events with @project-name.
Each tag would have its own feed, and I could subscribe to subsets. So, if I don't want to see all things I add, I can subscribe just to the @project-name feed.
Just an idea...

Use Flurry.com Instead Of Twitter.com Last reply on May 11, 2008 21:11.
Maybe Sandy would be happier working with flurry.com instead of twitter.com, because flurry.com allows us to make groups. The groups can be an opportunity for Sandy to perform group calendaring and group reminding, instead of just individual calendaring and individual reminding. -

I want to be able to specify in my email how soon before the event to be notified Last reply on May 11, 2008 08:27.
For example, my father's birthday is April 20th. I want to be able to tell Sandy "Remind me thtat my father's birthday is on April 20th, three days in advance."

Give completed items a done date
At the end of the month, or the year, sometimes I can't remember when I did something. I had a task (a todo) that I finished, but I can't remember exactly when I did it. Sometimes this is important. When did I send the check, when did I paint the walls, when did I finish the work, etc.
The date of the task might not be the date that I finished it on. I have several overdue items in my todo list. Eventually I finish them and mark them as "done". I would like that the date you tag something as "done" automatically be recorded in a "date completed" field for that task. I know that you can sort items by "last updated", and this almost works, except that you have to be careful to not change anything on that task ever again. if you update an item that is already marked with "done", then you lose the date that the task was completed. -

Different Digests For Different Days (customized @Tags) Last reply on April 21, 2008 19:52.
Create a customized daily digest for certain days of the week (e.g. Weekend Daily Digest vs. Weekday Daily Digest). The difference would be the @tags applied. For example, during the week my Digests would include a section with @work tags and during the weekend my Digest would include an @fun tag section (and no @work tags) -

Daily digest, weekday vs. weekend Last reply on April 24, 2008 17:18.
I like the idea of a daily digest. However, I get up at 6:30am Mon-Fri and at about 11:00am Sat-Sun. I'd like to get the digest at different times on different days.
