why don't i get the confirmation text message on my mobile phone when I send it from your site? I've inputted the correct number and carrier. I've asked the confrimation number to be resent several times. I am currently receiving text messages from other sources. Please help!
Did Sandy recently take a savage blow to the head? My password stopped working with no warning, requiring me to reset it and now when I try to change my primary email address, Sandy refuses to do it.
I want my secondary email to become my primary email and I want to enter a new secondary email. I've changed this and saved several times now and it doesn't stick. If a live person couldn't figure this out after all the attempts I've made, she'd be looking for work right about now.
I got to Jott (the link Sandy gives me for Jott links does not work) and go to links and add Sandy and click the save button and I get the screen at Sandy telling me that when I do what I just did I'll beable to complete step "When you arrive, click the "Yes" radio button and the "Save" button to activate your new Jott Link." but I see no radio button or save button and can't gt past this step despite repeated tries.
