Tags to keep top-of-mind not working as expected

I started with just an @todo tag. All was well.
Then I added an @projects tag and used Customize to add @projects to the list of tags to keep in mind. I got a separate @projects entry on my daily digest, exactly as I expected and wanted.
Then I added another tag, @errands, and added this tag to the list of tags to keep in mind. This broke the categorization of the daily digest - the @todo, @projects, and @errands items all appeared under To-Dos, instead of in three separate lists in the digest.
So far, I have not found a way to fix this.

Sandy says I am not following her on Twitter, but I am.

Sandy says I am not following her on Twitter, but I am:

> You're not "following" me on Twitter yet. Please go to http://twitter.com/s and click "follow," then try again.

Of note is that I changed my Twitter username. However, I double-checked that the new username I entered into Sandy was correct, and that I was following @s from my new account.

Sandy bookmarks are forced to lower case

When I email a link that contains upper and lower case characters, Sandy is forcing everything lowercase which changes the link destination in some cases. e.g. http://is.gd/jYA is different than http://is.gd/jya

How do I use Jott to add a "todo" tag?

I want to use Jott to add a "to-do" item, but when I say "tag with to-do", Jott changes it to "tag with To Do" and Sandy interprets it as "@to @do"

Sandy didn't understand "remind me in july..."

I emailed Sandy to "remind me in July to xxxx", hoping that the response would be assigned to some arbitrary date in the month, maybe the 1st. Instead, the email response said "I didn't see a date or time for this reminder, so I scheduled it for 23pm." 23pm? There might be a bug there, plus a feature request for recognizing "in month" requests.

Using Outlook 2003?

Howdy folks,

I know we've had a few reports over the past week or two about odd quirks in Sandy's responses and we've been working behind the scenes to nail down just what circumstances were causing the issues.

We've successfully isolated what looks to be the likely bug, finding it to be a combination of Outlook 2003 (or older) and Sandy's new HTML email template.

A fix is just about in — which is what I've been working on at this unseemly hour — and will be tested and pushed to Sandy's servers at some point today.

The quirks I am talking about are specifically those that go a little something like this:

A. You write to Sandy saying "Remind me tomorrow afternoon to do that thing I need to do @todo"
B. Sandy sends you a reminder the following afternoon.
C. You reply with "forget" or "remind me in an hour" or the like.
D. Sandy responds, saying she's forgotten or rescheduled the thing you need to do (depending on what you asked for in your reply), but she's also gone ahead and created either a duplicate or a reminder called "A reminder" or says she can't quite find what it was you were looking to have her forget.

If you've one of the above issues and are using Outlook 2003, that's the quick I'm talking about. (If, on the other hand, you are running into that very quirk and aren't using Outlook (or kin), please do let us know so we can take a gander.

In the meantime, if you are one of those folk affected, I'd like to suggest that you switch from Sandy's brighter, prettier HTML email to the plain text version — I assure you that Sandy will be no less sparkling a personality despite the sparser email formatting. You'll be able to switch right back without any trouble at all the moment the update is a go.

To switch from HTML to plain text email:

1. Visit your I want Sandy email settings page at http://iwantsandy.com/settings/email
2. Under Formatting and Attachments: Email format, choose "Plain text" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to make your changes so.
4. Fire off a test message and you should find the quirks vanished.

Thanks for your continued patience, understanding, and willingness to troubleshoot along with us.

Happy Tuesday!

Sandy Wants to Add My Own Email Address as a Friend?

I just noticed this for the first time: I sent a few emails from my mobile device to my Sandy email address as reminders. When I saw the email messages on my PC, the first sentence is Sandy thanking me for introducing her to ME, at the same email address I have registered as my primary address for sandy! And she wants me to click on a link to set myself up as a friend - to me.

Just a little bit weird. Sandy should definitely recognize that this email address is my registered email address for Sandy.

When I cc Sandy with a forwarded mail she is introducing herself to addresses in the text of the body

Hi,

I forwarded a mail to my colleague and cced my colleague but Sandy introduced herself to a mail address that was in the text of the mail

Sandy sent this mail address to
"Hongasandra Hosur Main"<someaddress@raymondindia.com>

It was a long mail and Sandy picked up the address from the text
Strangely Hongasandra Hosur Main and someaddress@raymondindia.com were at different locations in the text

Hi there,

I'm Sandy, GK's (primaryaddress@gmail.com) personal email assistant.

Items displays on wrong day

I'm seeing a problem in the "Week" view where, for example, an @todo item that is set for Sunday is displayed as being on Monday.

If I examine/edit the item, it is set correctly for Sunday and will display correctly when on the "Today" page, but shifts to Monday in the "Week" view.
