I'd like to see recent items in my daily digest

I'd love to see the most recent remembers/reminds (those from yesterday? this week?) show up as a section in my daily digest. For that matter, info on recent emails and activity would also be nice.

The reason being that recent stuff is often important stuff, especially if it's a new contact or idea to remember. It just keeps it on the radar without adding a reminder.

It would also be a nice way to double-check that your stuff is getting into Sandy's inbox properly, without the "spam" of email confirmations.

What might also be fun would be one or two unscheduled items from the past, again, just to put some ideas in your head.

Direct link to printable daily digest Last reply on March 10, 2008 12:31.

I reeeeeeally like the printable daily digest. Clean, neat, good stuff.

I was wondering if there's a URL I could go to in order to see that digest.

I thought it might be cool to point an Automator action to it so that it'd just print it out at the start of the day. Izzat possible?

All day events and daily digest trickle in Last reply on February 23, 2008 23:07.

My default reminder time is set as 6:00 am. I've noticed over the last few days that my reminders for all day events and my daily digest each arrive at a different time. Today they arrived between 6:09 am and 6:53 am. My daily digest arrived at 6:28. I usually check my email around 6:45 to get ready for the day, so I'd like to have all the reminders in my inbox by that time. Is this a problem with my computer/email server or should my messages be arriving closer to 6:00 am? Maybe I just need to set my default time earlier so Sandy can get all of her early morning tasks done :)

How to exclude @done items from the daily digest? Last reply on February 05, 2008 22:09.

My daily digest includes some custom tags like @urgent, @work and others. Most of the items with these tags are also marked as @todo. Once I'm done with them and change @todo to @done they still show up on daily digest under @urgent and @work tag sections. Is archiving items the only solution to loose them from daily digest?

NEW! Goals: Focus on what's important Last reply on February 13, 2008 18:39.

Your head has better things to do than to keep track of the myriad details of daily life. Sandy's mission is to remember those details for you, freeing you up to focus on what's important.

And what better way to keep your eye on the prize than to write it down and keep it front-and-center as you go about your day.

To that end, we've carved out a spot in your Daily Digest to add a goal, guiding principle, or inspirational quote that'll appear at the top of your Digest email each morning and alongside your appointments and to-dos on your "Today" page at http://iwantsandy.com/home.

My personal inspiration for this week reads: "Anywhere is walking-distance if you have the time."

To add a goal to your Daily Digest, visit http://iwantsandy.com/home, click the "Customize" link, type or paste it into the "Goal, principle, or inspiration" field, and click the "Save" button. Your goal will appear immediately at the top-right of the page and any time you visit your "Today" page thereafter.

Download daily digest Last reply on February 10, 2008 00:31.

I'd like the ability to get my daily digest as a file. (At a minimum as a text file, although a PDF of the pretty HTML file would be neat, too!)

It would make it super-simple to get the digest on, say, an iPod, PDA, or just have it automatically print every morning to take with you for the day.

Yes, mail rules can accomplish many of the same things, but having it on-demand would be pretty nice.

Daily digest Last reply on December 19, 2007 08:59.

Hello guys, I have a similar problem, but it's a bit more complicated... So here goes:
1.The daily digest comes a day late.
2.On my "today" screen I get yesterday's list.
    3.On my "tomorrow" I get tomorrow's list (!)
4.The only way I can see the proper "today" list, is by manually changing the day on the calendar on the right to the next day (!!)
    5.The individual reminders arrive properly.
6.The individual tasks on every list have the correct appointed date (i.e. on Wed 05/12 list, I have 2 tasks with "Tue 04/12" date).

    Any ideas?

Apart from that, I thing you're doing a great job, I'm looking forward to greater things from you guys!

PS My time zone is Europe-Athens (Greece)...

PS2 I posted the above yesterday, in an already open topic, but i received no reply. In the meantime, I stopped receiving the individual reminders as well! Please help!

My daily digest arrives only the next day Last reply on December 09, 2007 11:10.

Hi, I'm in Malaysia (GMT+8) and my daily digest arrives at 5am the next day. E.g. I got Thursday's digest this morning (today is Friday).

Btw I love Sandy and I would promote her to my personal assistant if I could.

How can I view uncompleted items on previous Daily Digests? Last reply on November 25, 2007 18:03.

I've unexpectedly been without internet for a few days. Now that I'm online, I can't view the daily digests from the past few days or even what I scheduled on them without having to search for the specific item.
"Yesterday" brings up yesterday's daily digest, but "This Week," "This Month," and "Anytime" only bring up today and future events.
Basically I want to look back and make sure I hit everything on the list and reschedule those that I didn't. Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

I keep getting "Oops" for today, daily digest Last reply on November 16, 2007 06:19.

When I try to click on "Today", under the tab labeled "Today" I keep getting a message "Oops! Please try again in a moment — the antacids should have taken effect by then." I haven't been able to get my daily digest delivered to my email either.
