Unanswered topics in I want Sandy tagged with email

Usually I reply to my Daily Digest with my updates. However yesterday when I replied with a typical email like:

Update #1 @done

Update #2 8/1

Update #3 @waiting-on

Sandy appears not to have processed the email. She did not confirm any of my changes by email and none of the changes are reflected in the todo items online.

When I send a message to Sandy with other reminders, she responds just fine.

Have sent Sandy several emails. It has been well over twenty minutes. They haven't shown up. No bounce replies. Has been working all day.

I have a contact in my list called "Chincoteague Island Vacations." I sent the following instruction via email:

and Sandy returned an email with the contact information I wanted. In other words, it worked perfectly.

Then, just to make sure I could get the same information via mobile if necessary, I used Twitter to DM Sandy with the exact same text. It didn't work. I got the standard "does not compute" response ("Hello! To remember/remind: 'd s r take a break in 15 min'; To update: 'd s u 1 @done'; For more: iwantsandy.com/examples").

Shouldn't the responses to lookups (and to everything) be the same whether one uses email or Twitter?

I've been trying for days to get any form of positive action from Sandy. Despite reminders being receipted by E-mail, I've had absolutely nothing. I even had one receipt for a phone call reminder that afternoon receipted as being dated as same date but 2009. I sent another stating 2008 which was receipted but come the time as usual I received nothing.

After days of trying ----- I just give up!

I'm not receiving some emails even though they're tagged @email.

I'm a new Sandy user and very excited overall. Sandy looks great. There are a couple of very annoying gotchas, though.

I use Gmail (for my own domain, but this shouldn't matter).

I use my inbox as my todo list, so Sandy is a great fit.

If someone sends me a message, sometimes I'll ask Sandy to remind me later to deal with it and archive the conversation.

But the reminder from Sandy originates a new thread, so I have to search for the old message.

This is all the more infuriating because Sandy in general is a girl smart about email. When she confirms my request, she knows to use the Reply button and not an entirely new Compose action.

Please fix this aspect of Sandy's email etiquette. When she's reminding me of something, it needs to be in reply to my message that originated the reminder. Because (i) it's, uh, in reply to it, and because (ii) if my message was part of a thread, Sandy's reminder will fit into the right context, making it easy for me to take my action, which might well involve sending another message in this thread, this time to the human on the other end.

Sandy already knows that replying to a message means setting In-Reply-To, References, and Subject fields right.

my cell phone company is unsuported. I put my phones email address into the mobile number field but I always get 4 part (and sometimes cut off) msgs from Sandy,

When I send a message to sandy it never seems to appear. I can't tell if Sandy is ignoring me or if my emails aren't making it to her. I am sending from lotus notes so I suspect that Sandy is misunderstanding the formatting of a notes email.
