Maybe I didn't catch this on some documentation somewhere, but does Sandy delete done @todo's after a certain period of time? I have a good handful of @todo's that I've marked @done and when I click "show done to-dos" Sandy says she's got nothing for me. What gives?
The inline action icons that appear beside each item (edit, archive, forget) don't appear on mouseover in my Internet Explorer. I tested on another computer's IE and the icons do appear. Instead, when I mouseover, the item's line spacing expands, so the page constantly looks jitter-y.
Everything's fine on my Firefox, and I'm aware that it is a better browser for lots of reasons. However I mainly use Bubbles for Sandy, which uses IE, and I don't want to change to Prism at the moment.
I suspect it may be my Internet Options, but I don't know where to begin troubleshooting. Most of the 'Multimedia' options are checked in my Advanced tab, sans 'Smart image dithering' which I tested checked and unchecked. Also, I am still able to see other images, such as the Snapshots icon, the reminder icon and the repeat icon.
I like to review my daily digest a couple of times a day, updating it each time, by hitting reply and then issuing a command which I send back to Sandy. Most frequently my command is along the lines of, say: f #4 6 9, where these numbers refer to numbered items in the daily digest. I find, though, that Sandy isn't reliable about updating -- sometimes the items are forgotten and sometimes they aren't. I often have to "forget" the item multiple times before it takes.
I'm so frustrated. E-mailing "forget" does not work -- never has. I used to use the mouseover "forget" on my Sandy digest page, but you've changed the format so there's no "forget" button without opening up each item. What shall I do?
How about when Sandy sends you an email with an event or reminder, there are check boxes next to each event. Then, at the bottom, you have the "Archive, Forget, Mark Todo, Download" option? This way if you have multiple events in one email, such as a daily digest email, you could quickly go through it and only click once.
Old emails that I sent had some words that sandy gives back to me when I ask her to lookup. I click on the link that takes me to the email on Sandy's webpage and there is no way to forget or delete the old email.
My husband's account seems to be on the fritz. He receives 30-50 duplicate reminders per day, even though he only created three. He and I have tried everything to cancel the reminders, but nothing has worked. He's on the verge of canceling his account, and I feel partially responsible as I introduced him to Sandy. What can be done about this problem?
I'd love to see a lot more information for items in the RSS feed. Ideally, it'd have everything that's in the UI. There is no description now, but it'd be great to have:
* The context
* Links to update, forget, archive, snooze, etc. (that stuff that's in HTML Mail).
Whenever I update or forget an item, Sandy creates a new entry with the original item. She forgets what I ask her to, but then adds it back at the same time. If I do it again, she adds it back twice. Same thing with updates. The only way I can update and forget is to go to the website.
Could it be possible for Sandy to return more than 25 entry when I do a lookup? I'm trying to delete some stuff and it takes forever!!! Also could we entre the forget command like this : Forget 1-250 ?
