Is there any way to get the context of a todo through email? I tend to forward emails to Sandy when I want her to remember something, and I'd love it if I could look up the context (the body of the forwarded email) of the reminder by emailing her. Something like "context #1" perhaps? Maybe she could even send the email back in such a way that it appears to come from the original sender, so all I have to do to respond is reply to the email.
presenting the schedule this way when printing the daily digests would make a step change difference in those environments where you just can't work your schedule online / digitally
