This is just an idea, and it's not like it's a top priority, but one thing I love about Sandy is how personal it is. Like one of the testimonials I read, you actually start to forget that it's an automated service. Sandy comes to life!
Just an idea to make this even more personal, some names have nicknames that are just understood, like my name, Jacob, is often referred to as Jake. Johnathon as John or Johnny. Etc. It'd be cool if every now and then in some of the e-mails Sandy sent it'd use a nickname in her greeting.
Like I said, not a priority, and it would probably take a while to implement, but it's just an idea.
I'd like to use Sandy for more personal/private reminders, but I'm a little concerned about the security/privacy of such things. Can someone tell me more about this? Also, I'm just curious: is there any plan in the works to make Sandy an actual application (residing on a client's machine only)? That'd be great for security purposes!
