How to configure reminders with Jott:

I'd like to be able to use @sms, @email etc. tags when I send reminders to Sandy via Jott. The problem seems to be that Jott transcribes the @ as "at" and Sandy doesn't pick up on them as @ signs.

Basically this means that if I want to use Jott to remind myself of something happening later (via Sandy), then I have to configure Sandy to send sms reminders about everything.

Does anyone have a work-around?

First of all there's some confusion as for @bi-daily vs @bidaily. The help says @bidaily, the tag cloud lists @bi-daily as special. Both seem to work, but using @bidaily lists it as a personal tag.

Also, setting either of these tags via mail, atleast via update and maybe also via remember/remind, does not do anything special atleast not on the web interface. It might work still, I haven't tested, but the web interface threats them as any custom tag. Setting them via the web interface on the other hand, will give the item a wrapped arrow icon and say "Repeats bidaily".

I have come across a few new issues since the last update (Which I still think is great!). They are nothing I can't work around, but they were not issues I had before.

* When I use http://iwantsandy.com/list?page=1&sor... to view all my todo's together, my past weekly todo's show up as not done. If I try to check off the ones that have been completed, it says I am going to be checking off the whole series and does not give me the option of just checking off that one day. The really strange part id that if I go bak to looking at "last week" or "last month" those items ARE checked off (like I thought they were).

* When I try to look up my archived items, all I get is "Your stuff Sorted by updated date (most recent first) and showing only stuff tagged with archive.

* I changed my daily digest to include "@waiting" and unless I have something there, it is squished together with the other items. There is no "I don't see anything tagged with @waiting." in between.

When trying to send a new reminder via Twitter, for example "d s r Remind to whatever today @todo @high", when adding a "@high" tag, the message won't get picked up by Sandy.

I was using @high, @med, @low tags to set priority—the @low and @med went through twitter just fine, but @high just throws me back a message from Sandy that I'm guessing is the Sandy-version of an error—the "Hello! To remember/remind: ...." response.

I've tried moving the @high before @todo, but that didn't change anything. If I drop @high, it works.

Also tried sending it through without the @high, then doing a "d s u #4 @high", which didn't work either. Adding some other random tag (say, @cheese) does work.

I don't see in the documentation that @high is a reserved tag—help? Thanks.

Sandy no longer replies to my lookup emails. This used to work but now if I send Sandy a lookup request via email she doesn't reply even though I can see items that should match on the website and she replies just fine via Twitter.

Example emails:
l @phone
lookup @phone

When I edit an item, the dialog box comes up. I change the tags, date, etc and hit save. The little spinny thing spins, but the box never goes away unless I hit "cancel" or refresh the page. However, if I click on an item, then hit delete, the dialog box properly goes away.

Using Safari 3.1 on OS X.

Tagging an item @archive should remove the @todo tag if there is one, mabye even set the @done tag as well.

Maybe the semantics of @archive should be made more clear, especially in conjunction with other tags like @todo.

This is correctly read by Sandy, and added correctly to the appointments list with the correct times. However, when i import the iCal feed into Thunderbird (Lightening), the time shown is 17:00 to 2am the next day.

I don't think it's a caching thing, as I did this yesterday, and it's still wrong.

When I added a reminder of "Remind Work at Reception 9-1pm Saturday @weekly", the website was right, but the iCal feed said 17:00 to 21:00.

Confused. Please help.

Same problem. Works on the website - not on the feed.

I've been getting Sandy to keep a birthday list for me, sending emails such as Remember "birthday list item" @birthdaylist as I think of items to add.

I've retrieved this list by emailing Look up @birthdaylist in the past, but now get a reply saying nothing can be found under this.

The list appears fine and up to date on the website, so the data is there.
