I originally thoguht that the Daily Digest page wasn't working properly because it wouldn't update with all the new reminders I was adding. After a little digging around, it looks like anytime I add a reminder with multiple tags, only the "@todo" tag is getting interpreted, and the rest is ignored. This means that all my reminders now only show up in the "To Do" view.
Example: "Remember to repost furniture on Craigslist @todo @1" is interpreted by Sandy as a todo with text = "Repost furniture at Craigslist @1". Why is Sandy ignoring the remaining tags all of a sudden. Sandy was working fine as recently as Friday, the 27th.
A lot of us think a mobile version of Sandy would be great. I understand that a swish version of Sandy might require lots of technical prowess but why not aim for something simple in the meantime?
Until someone comes forward with the kind of skills to create a sexy mobile version of Sandy (alas I have none), how about a pared down version featuring just html and hyperlinks?
Something like what Google has done for their (non-iPhone) version of Gmail might work. (http://m.google.com/ would be an example of the kind of interface that I'm talking about.) That way Sandy could still help with those of us with web enabled phones wanting to check our to do lists on the run.
Is there a way to associate a longer text field with a calendar item or a to-do? (Say a paragraph or so?) -- either directly in Sandy or via a cooperating service, the way Jott cooperates for converting VM to EM? Or is there a way to link a .txt or .rtf file to a todo?
I'd like to use Sandy to help me organize all my work, but the description fields don't allow for the level of detail I'd like to be able to reference.
new user question here...
If you don't complete a "to do", does it fall off the agenda?
Can you have it repeated forever with a "nag tag"? or maybe move after three days into a long-range project list?
