@reminder
I love the @reminder tag but it's so spotty. when i send an email with this tag included (syntax being identical to the examples in the help guide), most of the time the response I get back says the reminder will come at the default time instead of the time I specified with @reminder.

Inappropriate?i've noticed this too, but it seems to work better if you put your instructions in the body rather than the subject.
for instance today:
=========
subject :remind me to call Nick at Customer at 14:00 @reminder 14:00
body:
=========
didn't work at all, Sandy scheduled it for the default reminder time. in fact she even said "I didn't see a date or time for this reminder, so I scheduled it for 9am." !!
But when I swapped it all over, like this:
=========
subject :
body: remind me to call Nick at Customer at 14:00 @reminder 14:00
=========
everything worked great.
I’m Ok with this.
