Accept .ics event attachments to generate reminders

I emailed Sandy with a blank message that had an .ics attachment I wanted reminded me about. I was hoping she would figure it out.

I think this is a decent idea; some programs (such as Google Calendar invites) send out .ics files.

Note, this has already been discussed (as a problem) here on GetSatisfaction.
