Appointments being done and completed
I sent this to the help department but thought I'd put it out here. So the references to the thanks for tthe help is still appreciated. Here goes.
Hi all,
I have a question about appointments. Do I need to archive appointments or mark them done, or does Sandy do that for me? Do I need to mark appointments as done? I've been doing that, and I also have been marking them archive when I'm done with them. I also tried the conversation thing with my dad, and I put sandy in the CC field and she got my appointment for that 3/14 that I needed. I also wanted to know how Sandy opperates in a conversation with other Sandy customers. Can you E-mail any of the address that Sandy has for you, or does it have to be the primary? I'd like to be able to add a couple of other addresses people may have on me in a future update. Maybe this could be possible? I also screwed up the appointment on Sunday and can only change the title, and not the context as you guys state I can. Thanks for putting up with me and my questions. Its much appreciated

Inappropriate?Hi Jared, I'll try to answer your questions (based on my usage experience). Sandy will not archive nor mark as done any of the items for you. If you want to have something archived or marked as done you need to do it yourself. Of course, you don't have to do it. You can leave appointments as is once it's past the event time, but with time it may get quite messy so I think the good practice is to either archive or forget (delete) old appointments. Also, you can only mark an item as done if it has a @todo tag.

I've been able to mark appointments as done, and Sandy does it as well as archive. I guess I'm better off clearing it as I go as I have been doing. Thanks.
