Are there problems with Sandy?
Over the last day or two I have had long delays while waiting for Sandy to respond to my email. Now, I'm not getting any response to my email messages at all. I am able to add items through the website email link, but when I email from my account, I'm not receiving timely responses (still waiting an hour for a lookup inquiry).

Inappropriate?Same thing here. Last couple of days reminders and lookups have been severely delayed. Did not receive my daily digest this morning, though individual reminders did get through. Would really appreciate someone from Sandy at least commenting on this.

Inappropriate?I have had this problem all week. Lookups take several hours. Reminders are coming hours late. I know that this is a beta test, and so problems would be expected, but there ought to be a notice posted on the web site when there are major problems, such as this one.

We have indeed been experiencing some incoming mail delays this morning: that's your mail getting to Sandy's inbox. Sandy is responding in a timely manner to what she's receiving, but our spam firewall — we run all incoming email through a rather robust spam trap — is responding rather sluggishly.
We're working on it right now and will report back shortly.

Inappropriate?Hi Rael. Thanks for the update. However, I want to stress it's not just an incoming mail problem; I did not receive a daily digest today, and my reminders for today arrived between 23 and 49 minutes late.
I think Sandy is fantastic and it has quickly become virtually my only time management tool - good luck with sorting this out...I'm counting on you.
How's that for pressure?

Inappropriate?I finally got it at 7:15pm. My usual time is 8am. But that's ok. It doesn't matter too much. I'm glad though that the website didn't have any issues because I had planned on accessing info there today and I was able to do that. Thanks!
