I know my wife for one would love to send Sandy (my account) a reminder for me. So would my work assistance, who would see Sandy not as a competitor but as a friend ;o)

Inappropriate?If they have sandy accounts, then you can add each other as friends and simply CC each other on emails to sandy (or CC sandy on emails to each other) and she'll parse out relevant information.
