Can't reset password
I'm trying to reset my password and I can't seem to do it. I keep getting the 'Give it another whirl' response, but it doesn't tell me what I did wrong.

If you're having problems getting Sandy to reset your password — you never receive the password reset email message from her:
1. Check your email program's Junk/Spam folder for email from: iwantsandy
2. Check your email program's Trash/Deleted Items folder for email from: iwantsandy
If you don't find Sandy's "Reset your password" email message:
3. Visit http://iwantsandy.com/forgot_password, type in your email address, and click the "Reset password" button.
** Be sure to type in your own email address (ex. me@somewhere.com) — not the special email address Sandy created for you (ex. surprise@me.iwantsandy.com). **
** Also, be sure you're typing in the same email address with which you signed up for your account. **
4. Check your email Inbox, Junk/Spam, and Trash/Deleted Items folders again for Sandy's "Reset your password" email message.
If this doesn't do the trick, please send email to help@iwantsandy.com and we'll be glad to reset your password for you.

The most common reason by far for people encountering this problem is that you're trying to reset your password using a different email address than the primary email address by which Sandy knows you.
Please give this a whirl (even if it turns out this is just what you did before, it'll rule out the simple solution before we turn to further troubleshooting):
1. Visit http://iwantsandy.com/forgot_password .
2. Type in the email address with which you signed up for your account (unless you've changed it since in your I want Sandy settings). Click the "Forgot password" button.
Sandy will send you email with a link to click to bring you right back to iwantsandy.com.
3. When you arrive at the password reset screen, type in that same email address, then a new password (of your choosing) in both the "Password" and "Password confirmation" fields, and click the "Reset" button.
All should go swimmingly!
If that doesn't work for you for some reason, please email help@iwantsandy.com (please do mention that you're "Yugen" on Get Satisfaction so that we can know we've found you) and we'll be glad to look into it for you. (If you've already emailed us, we'll be following up with you shortly.)
