Can't update my e-mail settings.

I've been trying to update my e-mail settings but every time I click "save" I get the following error:

"Oops!

Please try again in a moment — the antacids should have taken effect by then.

Upon further investigation it looks like the settings form will submit just fine as long as I don't change any of my default settings. But when I try to make changes and click "Save" I get the message above.
