Changing name should change addressee
Changing Sandy's name is now supported, great!
It would be very helpful, if the content of the communication would change, too. E.g., if Sandy's new name is Jeeves, instead of starting a line with "Sandy, remember..." to address the assistant, it should be "Jeeves, remember...".
Matching the part before the @ in the changed email address would be a quick shot.
Being able to exchange the picture of Sandy/Jeeves/MightyLordOfDoom would be another nice touch.

Inappropriate?At Settings -> Account it is possible to change the email-address, which is a first step towards changing "the name". -
Inappropriate?Well, Sandy's creators will not allow to change Sandy's name. I've asked Rael about it once during online chat and I was told that they don't plan on introducing this option.
