Confusing number sequences
The task number sequencing gets a bit confusing. One morning I'll get an email with a todo and the task will be #1, and the next morning I'll get a completely different todo and that number will be #1 too. If I tell Sandy to "update #1," which one am I actually updating? Perhaps numbers shouldn't be reused?

Inappropriate?Well, the numbers that you reference in your reply correspond to items within an email that you reply to. If you'd like to update an item that's not in the current email, you need to ask Sandy to look it up first. You will get a new email with the lookup results (again items numbered starting from #1). Then you can send update with the adequate # of an item. if you reply to the email with lookup results and you say update #1, only item #1 from that new (second) email will be updated.
