Daily Digest delivery too late to be useful

My daily digest doesn't show up till after 9:30am (EDT/EST), even though I've set it to be sent at 6am. Is this a configuration or heavy-outgoing-load issue? All of my todos and reminders show up in a reasonably timely fashion, just the digest is late. I will need to change to specifically-timed "todos" soon to get around this.
