Does Sandy renumber things?
I am not sure whether I am missing a subtlety of the numbering system or if Sandy is renumbering things behind my back. This morning, I asked Sandy to forget an old reminder ("forget #1") by reply to the reminder. Her response was to forget Administrative Professionals Day (which wasn't on the list). I have had similar problems before with Sandy updating the wrong entry in a list. I always use the numbering in whatever message I am replying to; is there some different list to which I should be referring instead?

We've been working with Sandy over the past couple of days on this issue and -- thanks to the help of some of Sandy's wonderful clients -- all should now be working as expected.
If you have any more trouble with Sandy updating or forgetting the wrong thing or not seeming to be able to locate whatever it was you were trying to have her update for forget, please do let us know.

(By the way, I'll say it again--I wish every company had a customer service section that was this responsive and manageable. No wait times! No insipid "music"! No transfers to parts unknown! It's great.)
