Export doesn't include full 'context'!
I requested and downloaded all the possible exports, including the full human-readable text file. nothing includes the full context of the events, just the title, tags, and date/time. for me, the title and tags were just indicators of what was inside with the context (the body of my e-mails) being the holder of all my thoughts. without context, most of my notes are useless teasers.
I posted this issue the official export announcement, but I'm afraid it may go unnoticed there.

Inappropriate?Hi Plainclothes. If you could write to help@ I would be glad to see what I can do for you. Please do add "need more context" to the subject so that I can be sure to put 2 and 2 together.

Inappropriate?thanks for the offer, Rael. in the fear of not finding a solution in time, I've tracked down much of my info by hand. fortunately, I kept my list very clean and it hasn't been too much work to get to the big things.
I mainly wanted to bring this to people's attention before their info has fallen out of the could. if anyone has been using Sandy to archive a large number of notes, this oversight could be huge!
if anyone's interested, I've stared using Toodledo and I've been pretty happy so far. in the area of elegance, it doesn't compare to your work Rael, but it has some nice features. the two big ones for me are the ability to edit notes and thorough export capabilities. it also has good support for tags and a number of other task-organization features.
it's becoming quite a cliche around here, but thanks for your excellent work, Rael! I'm sure Twitter will be a better place for your involvement.
I’m moving on.
