Extremely slow responses from Sandy (2 hours!)
Can Sandy's helpers shed some light on this?

Howdy folks!
Thanks to all the details Andrew provided, we got to the bottom of this.
After a couple of hours of virtual archaeology, Marshall and I found the issue was not with Sandy's email speed-reading, nor with her timely replies, but with the originating mail server which didn't pass on the original email message to Sandy until 11:35 (give or take a few seconds).
While we're always up for diving in and fixing something, we were relieved to find there was nothing to fix (you have to find your special moments where you can get them ;-).
Andrew, you should be back in synch with Sandy — and thanks again for all your help in solving this particular mystery.

Inappropriate?Hi Andrew,
First and foremost, I'm sorry you're frustrated and know that we'll get it sorted — and quickly.
Now, on to the trouble at hand...
* Are you still seeing Sandy's replies taking more than 5 minutes or so? I'm consistently seeing her respond within 1-2 minutes as usual with just a slight slow-down this morning, but nowhere near the times you're seeing. If so, please do send email to help@iwantsandy.com and make it "Attn: Rael" so that I can take a gander to see if there's something odd going on with your account.
* Was there any particular time that you noticed a slow-down? This will help us figure out where to look in the logs to determine what might have caused the slow-down.
In the meantime we've been looking into this and will continue to do so until we can put our fingers on what might be happening with Sandy's replies to you.
Anyone else having this trouble? Finding Sandy's responsiveness just as peppy as usual? If so, anything you can share — whether good or bad news — would be immensely helpful.

Inappropriate?Hello Rael,
I will respond to the email address you provided with more detail. But if it's helpful to others, I can provide two data points from today (PST time zone):
A reminder request was sent at 3:05 PM, and the response was received at 4:11 PM.
A reminder request was sent at 9:03 AM, and the response was received at 11:36 AM.
This was using a gmail account.
Best,
