forwarded e-mails ignored
Hello, whenever I forward e-mails to sandy with attachments, she ignores them. Not even a response that she can't do anything with the message. Is that intentional or is there a way I can forward messages to Sandy and have her still operate normally?
Thanks, -Matt

Inappropriate? When you forward them are you putting something at the top to tell sandy what to do? a simple "remember this" ?
-
Inappropriate? The subject of the e-mail has been variable, but in the body of each e-mail I tested, I put something like this this as the first line with others cc'd in on the message:
Sandy, r us to update the web page on 10/1 at 9am
After that there is usually some additional text and a file attachment or two. -
Inappropriate?well, there's a good chance that the Attachments are throwing her. Sandy doesn't usually accept any attachments (She'll attempt to parse VCard/VCal items), so something might be pre-emptively nuking the email. if you forward the email without attachments, does it work?

Inappropriate?yes, if i remove the attachments it works. it would be great if sandy could just ignore the attachments and process the request anyway because sometimes groupwise forwards threaded messages several levels deep that have attachments, at least there's a workaround though!
thanks, -matt
I’m ok

Inappropriate?Just a note that this issue is ongoing because anytime I send a message to a group of people with an attachment and want to remind us all of a particular deadline related to that attachment, I'm not able to do so because Sandy ignores the request.
Yes, it's possible to make it work by following up with an additional e-mail immediately following but the point of Sandy is to be efficient and only use as many e-mails as necessary, right?
I’m unhappy
