how do i edit the context of an existing task?
When I view an existing task, I'd like to be able to edit or add detail to the context. Three doesn't seem to be a way to do this.

Inappropriate?Do the IWantSandy folks respond to questions like this? This one seems to have been out there a while and I have the same question, so I was hoping to find and answer and could not. Am I looking in the wrong place for answers?
I’m confused

Inappropriate?Seconded. Is it a technical decision? I can understand it might be intensive for the service to completely re-parse the context. Stikkit was often slow because of this when I used it awhile ago.

Inappropriate? Is there a reason you need to edit the context rather than the way the context has been parsed?

This is a good question. Editing the context in some ways is a little bit faster than editing the individual fields. In addition, editing the additional fields doesn't update the context, so it is a little weird when I look at the original context and it doesn't correspond. But those are just style complaints. At least one *definite* feature that I don't see is the ability to add a list to an entry after it has been defined. If I write a list in the entry initially I can edit it, but if I realize I need a list after the fact then I'm SOL. -
Inappropriate? One trick I've used for this, while not available on the website, is to be careful abou thow you schedule the original appointment. The original message will be preserved in it's entirety and resent back to you for the reminder, so if you have a long email trail or some kind of confirmation, forward it to sandy and she'll keep it for you.

Inappropriate? Not being able to edit the context is a problem for me too. I made a suggestion a while ago that Sandy should add an editable text area to every item. The area would originally filled with a copy of the "context", but you can edit it however you wish later on.
Look at this idea. http://getsatisfaction.com/iwantsandy...
