How do I exclude @done items when doing a lookup?
I'm assuming I can "forget" them, but it would be nice to be able to, say, archive done items.

If you're just looking up to-dos, you can "look up @todo" and Sandy will not include any @done items in the results she sends back.
If this isn't quite what you're after, please do post again and we'll figure out what will fit the bill.

Inappropriate?Hi, I have this question too. HHalf way through the day when I have done half the things on my list I would like to get a fresh daily digest by emailing sandy with lookup today. However in her reply she sends all things scheduled for today including @done.
Can I avoid this
