How do we lookup items that match one tag but not another

Assume that I have notes with two categories: books fiction
The command "lookup @books -@fiction" should be a natural fit to find books that are do not carry the @fiction tag;

But it doesn't work that way right now. Sandy returns some strange results for this type of query at this time.

Is there any other way to accomplish this type of query with Sandy now?
