how to reschedule appointments
Good morning,
I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. How do I tell Sandy it has been rescheduled for next week?
I've tried several things but she replies she basically has no clue what I'm asking or that there is nothing to update and perhaps I deleted it.

There are a bunch of ways to do it. :)
Theoretically, you can reply to Sandy's reminder email with "update 12/4" to reschedule the appointment for 12/4. Or you could reply to a Daily Digest email with "update #2 12/4" to reschedule #2. Or send "lookup <name>", then reply to the lookup results with "update #1 12/4".
However, there's currently a bug where Sandy gets confused by "update 12/4". That should be fixed by later today, but in the meantime, try writing "update #1 12/4" even if there's only 1 item, or edit it via Sandy's web site.
