I have SMS turned off in my Jott and Sandy options, but still get an SMS confirmation of items I call in to Sandy.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

We were just discussing this today, actually, and are in the midst of implementing settings for Jott and Twitter replies (just like we have for email replies). This should be out in the coming couple-three days.

If the SMS you're getting starts with "(Link Response)," it is generated by Jott. Make sure you've unchecked "Send SMS Response" on the Jott Link page:
1. Go to http://jott.com/JottLinks.aspx
2. Click "Edit" next to Sandy under "My Links"
3. Uncheck "Send SMS Response"
This setting is unrelated to the "If you would like to receive a text message for every jott you create, send it to: ..." preference in the My Phones section of the Jott settings.
