I want a note not an appointment
How do I get Sandy to add a note instead of an appointment. I've tried a couple times and it always schedules as an appointment. I've sent a couple of emails that look like this, "Sandy, remind me that Rob owes me $7.00 and Remind me that Rob owes me $7.00

Inappropriate?Well, instead of 'remind me' ask Sandy to 'remember'. I did a test with the exact phrase you posted: Sandy, remind me that "Rob owes me $7.00" and Sandy did create an appointment. In a reply message she wrote: I didn't see a date or time for this reminder, so I scheduled it for 8am. However, if you replace 'remind me' with 'remember' (i.e. Sandy, remember that "Rob owes me $7.00") she will create a note with no date. Try it and let us know if it works.
