Is the full email text reminder not working for anyone else?
I just sent this issue to Sandy's helpers, but I'm also wondering if any other users are having this problem.
You know how you can forward an email to Sandy, prepending "reminder DATE TIME" in front of the subject, and Sandy will send you back the full message? (Incidentally, this is not in the help guide.) Well, lately this is not working - Sandy is treating these as lookups.

I have this problem, too!
Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

Inappropriate?Hi P. Bilton,
I just gave this a whirl myself and you're right, prepending "reminder date time" to the subject doesn't work as expected. Sandy just ignored the "date time" part -- but I did indeed get reminder set (for tomorrow morning).
On the other hand, "remind me in 5 minutes" did indeed work as expected, so you might use that or "remind me on DATE at TIME" while we have a chat with Sandy about her confusion.
Thanks for pointing this out!

I’m appreciative

Inappropriate?Hi again,
I meant to mention that this isn't due to the task you're trying to accomplish -- time-shifting an email message by forwarding it to Sandy and asking for it back at a particular time.
It is just due to her confusion around the way you stated your reminder -- which, again, we'll take a gander at.

I’m clarifying

Inappropriate?Hi Rael, so having tried to get an email time shifted to Sandy for a reminder later for the last 4 days without success can you clarify if this functionality does or does not work ?
For me this is probably the largest feature Sandy offers over other equiv services.
thanks

Inappropriate?Hi Jon,
You'll find full instructions at http://gsfn.us/t/5gf, but basically:
1. Forward the message to Sandy.
2. Add "remind me in 4 days" (or, if you want to be snazzy and save yourself some iPhone typing, "r 4 days")
3. Send.
That should work as expected for you.

I’m optimistic
