IwantSandy receipt or DailyDigest on Mac Entourage email client

On Mac Entourage2004 email client, the return receipt or daily digest HTML emails sent from IWantSandy are not properly displayed. The normal HTML image contains the blue banner with Sandy's icon and the yellow body containing the information of the item (+ the all the Forget/.. links): but on Entourage2004, I just have the blue Sandy banner; the yellow body is missing. Entourage2004 is set to handle HTML messages and work fine with other HTMLized email, liked commercial messages or email with embedded images.
Note that on Apple Mail.app email client, the display is fine.
