Late Reminders
For about a week or two now, my daily digest (scheduled for 8am) has been arriving at about 9:30am. Also, i have a daily 7:30am reminder that is late too. Since it tells me to take my blood pressure medication before I leave for work, it's pretty much essential...

Inappropriate?We're aware of the problem. All reminders & digests in the wee morning hours are being swamped by the sheer number of Digests being sent. There's been a recent surge in the userbase.
Sandy is currently hiring new assistants & researching new Efficiency strategies to help her handle the new load :) -

Inappropriate?Primarily it only effects reminders and digests during "Peak Hours", which would be the 6-9 block on East & West Coasts. The problem is being investigated.
I recommend you come to the Town Hall meeting on Wednesday to relay your concerns directly to Rael. -
Inappropriate?Okay, so I've reset the delivery time for my daily digest and unscheduled reminders for 1 am. That should get them out long before the "peak hours" start, and they'll be in my inbox when I get up in the morning. They don't need to arrive at any specific time, as long as they are there when I'm ready to start working. Hopefully this will help.
